Live sonification of tidal flow by John Eacott with a score generated algorithmically in real time. Performed by professional sextet at Royal Observatory Greenwich, London July 2009 and 31 piece orchestra at Thames Festival London September 2009 featuring members of Center for Young Musicians plus voices and taiko drums.

  • Hi Dini, try again the video should play all the way through, about 6 minutes.

    There isn't any improvisation although the notation is quite basic and there is room for 'interpretation'.

    I guess it involves some improvisation/interpretation by the players?
