This is a Fairfield Fit Body Boot Camp 50-10-5 workout.
50 seconds of kick butt exercising followed by 10 seconds of rest that will melt some major fat.

Then one final mega calorie burning round.

Here is today's Workout

1) Leap Frog Vertical Jumps - Squat down low and touch the floor, then explode up and jump raising your hands up overhead. Then repeat

2) Hip Raises To Push Ups - With your back facing the ground, hold hips up with your arms and legs. Raise and lower them. For half of the exercise perform the hip raises. Then rollover and perform push ups for the rest of the exercise.

3) Leg Swings - Pretend that there is a chair in front of you. Stand tall and swing one leg up and over as if you were raising it over a chair. Then swing it back. Switch legs halfway.

4) 180 Jumps - perform a quarter squat, then jump up and do a 180 degree turn in the air and land facing the opposite direction. Squat and jump again - landing in the starting position.

5) Bicycle Kicks - Sit on your butt with your hands out behind you holding your upper body up. Extend your legs out in front and begin to cycle them in a bicycle motion

Finisher

1) Circle Runs - Facing the same direction the whole time, pretend there was a small cone in front of you, and run around it. Switch directions at halfway. Remember to face the same direction

2) Skater Jumps - Start on one foot and hop across to the other. Swing your arms back and forth.

3) Jumping jacks - squat jacks - Perform regular jumping jacks - then at halfway squat low and perform jumping jacks
