TONTO ist ein Akronym für "The Original New Timbral Orchestra": der weltweit erste (und immer noch der größte) multitimbral polyphone Analog-Synthesizer, entworfen und von Malcolm Cecil gebaut. Eigentlich ist er in den privaten Besitz von Malcolm Cecil seit 1975, als Robert the Head Band verließ, um seine Karriere als Produzent zu verfolgen gewesen. Derzeit TONTO ist gesund und munter und lebt in seinem eigenen Studio in Upstate New York in der Nähe von Woodstock.

Beautiful music. Thanks for taking the trouble to share it. TEHB influenced so many people in so many different ways in their time. Their influence on me was small but in the way of things, significant.
They deserve a place in the history of music development if they don't already have it.
