Contact's exciting open mic event with a focus on freestyle (improvised) poetry and rhyme comes to Bristol.
This night is hosted by legendary New York Hip Hop artist and the Artistic Director of Contact, Baba Israel and features two exciting young artists from Contact. Baba will be joined by LyricaCalligraphy a member of our key partner company Young Identity and DJ Jomo (RAW's House DJ).
RAW features a range of freestyle challenges, games, and competitions. This is not a battle but a challenge of skill and creativity.
Experience the Freestyle Pyramid, Freestyle storytelling, The Object game, and more exciting challenges! There will be prizes on the night!
