VE Omega 50-100

not quite as sprightly as my old 3.8L Calais, but its not bad and uses a lot less fuel. Just lacks much feel and has a lot less driver involvement, like the car is driving you, not the other way around.

yes it is like 2006 or something - the first VE. i believe the new ones with SIDI have better torque response

definitely feels underpowered. 3.8L Buick had much more punch to it. Same with newer V8s. The trend is to go toward fuel and emmissions reduction.
