@aristijorgemar Bowl? Hmm... I though rather about cannister, or bottle XDD And it's not so bad to sleep on bottle, if you have big pillow. Oor... maybe it's better to throw it all down into cellar and count on gnomes? XDD

@scratchingeye LOL It'd be difficult to sleep with a bowl of water with potatos under the pillow for a couple of months...but, after that, if I keep doing it, I wouldn't mind sleeping wherever I place my head on, you know, at the end of the day, when you're drunk you don't pay much attention.

The integrity of this recipe is spot on BUT there is a chemical reaction that happens when introducing alcohol to tomatoes. When you burn off the alcohol before-hand, you lose that flavor that occurs. The reason you use Vodka is because it is (supposedly) an odorless, flavorless alcoholic agent. Its not the flavor of the vodka, rather the chemical reaction that makes Vodka Sauce so special. I make it the same way other than that...Hit me back!!!
