nice hit but leland sucks at lacrosse.

Its not a good it if you get a penalty for it
-
You can hit as hard as you want, as long as its not in the head... This chauch didn't seem to care about hitting the other guy in the neck. That's why the flag was thrown.

AMEN

The hit was up high. There is no whining here, just sick of seeing dirty ass hits on here that make our sport look like a bunch of goons. "Hitting is a big part"... Maybe in your league. In mine, no one exposes themselves that badly to be open to such a hit. Keep hitting hard, but keep it legal. Your coach will agree with my advice.

i know the sport and hitting is a big part...it gains a team possession, and it can swing momentum...i know about lacrosse so dont come talkin shit claimin that i dont...your bitch ass just needs to stop whinin and get physical

Yeah, good one. Its people who think that lax is about hitting people that set the sport back. Learn the game. If you really want to hit people, join the boxing team. Contact is a part of the sport, but there is way more too it than that. That hit sucked. It cost his team a goal and didn't do anything. Do yourself a favor and learn how to play the game and learn what the game is about.

theres no penalty on how hard the hit is...
that hit was high, thats why the ref called it

Excellent hit, that was legal. Tomo12, in my books there is no such thing as unneccesary roughness. That is a bullshit rule that should be taken out, don't be a pussy.

that is one of the biggest cross checks ive ever seen

Actaully it wasn't a cross check at all. The video is grainy, but the hands are together at contact. Watch while he pulls away, he is sliding his hands away from each other. The flag was for Roughness, not crossing checking.
