    People need to stop comparing, and stop responding to fishing691. He's just a troll with nothing better to do. Yes, Zuzana has a past as Susanna Spears, and while I don't support it...who cares? Everyone does things in life that others frown upon. But look what she does now, she gives us free workouts, and is genuinely motivating. Instead of talking about HOW you should look, she talks about how you should FEEL. Just appreciate what she's doing for you, and stop the hate. She does this for YOU.

    I think 12 - 26 pound kettle balls are recommended for most women but they can weigh anywhere from 2 - 100 + pounds!

    Wow 6 rounds!

    First 3 14:28. Second 3 12:50! I didn't use a jump rope and used 10 lbs instead of a kettle ball but still very challenging.
