The book is her property, and although I'd love to read this book too, Ican still respect someone's decision about their own intellectual property. Anyone who has created anything will understand that feeling.
Also, about the alleged lawsuit in India ... that was actually false. I don't think it's fair or mature to slander someone, no matter what position they're in.

Hmm.... I heard SHE wasn't, but one of "her" companies is (Scholastic or Warner Brothers, I think). She was going to court with HP Lexicon over them infringing on her rights though (making an encyclodpedia when she's going to be doing that already).
Also, The Tales of Beedle the Bard has been auctioned off for charity and will be sent to a variety of different libraries around the world at different times. Or so I read...

JKR said at the very beginning and she knew it from the start that she won't write more than seven HP-books. and she keeps her words.
I think it's good that she always keeps us guessing and that there are still secrets and stuff, of what only she knows. that makes an good author

yeah but since it already became public knowledge that she wrote "Beedle," why give only 7 people access to it? no fair!
well in the end she can do whatever she wants. and she definitely IS a good author. i dunno, i guess i just really want a copy =)
