  • Are you editing real loco sounds into your bideo as I suspect? Sounds good. Where is this layout located?

  • Yes, real sounds, IMHO sound decoders produce an awful noise. (European lay-out)

  • @ghfgfthf1 Ditto!

  • perfect weathering

  • great vid me i love anything the great pelle soeberg turns his hand to

  • There is no vista and setitng so awesome for railraidng than the California high desert..

  • Okay I'm sold on weathering now. I have a collection since 1995 with no weathering yet. I can start with this example. Great display. Thanks for sharing.

  • Outstanding! Incredible! Absolutely LOVE your weathering cars, scenery, cactus and roadway. Reminds me of the high desert in California.

I assume your in the California area? Do you allow "outsiders" to film your layout? I'm putting together a multiple DVD kit for "how to" videos - and will include inspiring video clips of model train layouts. I would love to shoot your layout - if possible. • Noooo, its not DCC sound its actual loco location sound laid onto the sound track ... im a broadcast editr the sound doesnt match the movement pace and the loudness is costant even as the train moves weell from camera where if was ddc sound it would loweras the loco moved from closeness to the camera.. Nevetheless its a superb desert layout... and as hear the car squeels you hear car screams you dont get car Dcc modules
