Pat Mendes of Average Broz Gymnasium does 260 then 272.5 kg front squat.
19 yrs old, bdwt of 134 kg. no belt, wraps, suit - just quads and shoes!

  • not 600 pounds each plate is a different color when its in kg nice try guys

  • @BROZKNOWS red 25kg, blue 20, yellow 15, green 10kg, black 2.5kg. In short, the red and yellow alone would be 65kg. Double that and you'd have 130kg. 4 red 2 yellow on each side would make 260kg. So the black and blue plates prove that unless you can't count you've misrepresented yourself. Damn dude it's not that serious.

  • @kingru77 well, the first ones inside are green 50kg plates, the last ones(black?) are 10kg plates.

    Just a quick question, when I'm doing front squats, I am getting serious wrist pains when I'm doing them (maybe getting a wrap might help), but your wrists seem to be bent pretty far back.

    Do you get used to the strain on your wrist or is there a specific technique that gets rid of the strain?

  • Hey guys so I have a question... I'm just starting to do squats for the first time with 135 total i weight 150 but I know I could do more, although I'm scared of falling back when I squat that's why I don't do anything heavier. What could I do to stop doing this???

  • @R9T1 Try to imagine you're trying to stick your dick straight down when you squat. I know how incredibly weird it sounds, but itll keep your lower back tighter than a snare drum when you go down.

  • @MegaFlemo The inner green ones are 50kg and the ones next to them are 25kg. Even that already makes it 150kg lol.

  • @BROZKNOWS they are all different lol red and black are normally 45lbs and yellow is 25lbs and thin light coors are all under 25lbs
