Just to show how quickly you can knock them out, even one at a time. I actually let this one sit a little longer than I usually do. It takes a few tries to get them right if you don't let it cook long enough on the first side or if you fold it in half. Oops! Trial and error. These are a little heavier than crepes (at least how I know crepes to be) and not nearly as thick and fluffy as traditional pancakes.

After pouring the mixture in (less than 1/4 cup) on a hot pan, try to spread it around the pan by tilting it - until it doesn't run anymore. That's what that business is about - it helps you keep them thin that way.

Top with your favorite treats - whipped cream/ice cream and strawberries, chocolate syrup - spread some nutella on it and fold it into a halves twice to make a triangle - sprinkle with lemon juice and sugar - fill with fresh fruit and some whipped topping and roll it up - the sky is the limit! It's a very versatile treat.
