I did this last night, only -7... I remembered as a kid when it gets to -20, they more or less instantly freeze.
(I'm talking F scale btw)

Any time that it's close to 0 or a negative temperature should work just fine.

What town was this filmed in? It looks almost exactly like the town i lived in, but then again, most towns up in MN don't look too different from one another....

I used 2 live in Florida and i just moved 2 northwest Arkansas and we have a pretty cold winter (cold 2 me) today its about 19 degrees is that cold enough for the bubbles 2 freeze
