The Election Must Be Overturned. Neither of the major party candidates were natural born citizens, as required by the Constitution. We must ask the Supreme Court to stay this election, until a legal solution be found.

  • Sorry for being late to the show. I read two pages of your comments, and no one asked anything like this. I was born, raised and never stepped foot out of the US. But both my mother and father are from Haiti. When I am 35, can I ran for President? And if not, do I have to have a child with a female that was born in the US so my kid (Who would be born here in the US.) can ran for President? Please get back to me on this. I would LOVE to know.

  • @RollinSoloPiru, Natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. If your parents became US citizens prior to your birth then you will be eligible to run for President.

  • @Bigone5555J And unfortunately, my father was a permanent resident at the time I was born; he became a naturalized citizen when I was six years old.

  • @Angie2343, So now your hope of becoming President is gone?

  • Wait LIMITS isnt a US military base considered to be US soil?

  • The US State Department guidelines on immigration 7 FAM 1116.1-4 states, "Despite widespread popular belief, U.S. military installations abroad and U.S.diplomatic or consular facilities are not part of the United States within the meaning of the 14th Amendment. A child born on the premises of such a facility is not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States and does not acquire U.S. citizenship by reason of birth."

  • @TheBibleIsLame, Only pointing out that the principle of requiring the President be a natural born citizen is ages old, in terms he can understand.

  • @Bigone5555J Yep, pretty much nailed it Joe. Besides, it's very hard work. I'd step down before I can throw my hat in the ring because I know I'm not qualified myself, because MY faather was just a legal permanent resident at the time I was born and not yet a citizen. He got naturalized when I was six years old.

  • Thank you very much for clearing that up. And they both are US citizens for over 30 years.

    PS, luv the videos.

  • Deu 17:14-15 " When thou art come unto the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, and shalt possess it, and shalt dwell therein, and shalt say, I will set a king over me, like as all the nations that are about me; Thou shalt in any wise set him king over thee, whom the LORD thy God shall choose: one from among thy brethren shalt thou set king over thee: thou mayest not set a stranger over thee, which is not thy brother."
