@kota192 She's almost 4...but I haven't kept up the photos this whole time. Somewhere around 2 she wasn't interested any more :) So I stopped, hehe.

No, I only made it just past 18 months. However, my wife is due again in July, and I plan to take it up again for a longer period w/ my next child :)

wow this is so cool! how do you align the pupils so that all photos are placed evenly?

I used iPhoto. The original photos were all wider than the final crop. I cropped each photo down to 4x6 ratio, making sure that the nose was in the dead center. iPhoto overlayed a grid when you crop to make this pretty easy.
