In this video, some challenges are presented.
What do we do when our livelihood, and family is threatened with violence?
How do we stay calm amidst chaos?
Where does all that energy coming at you go?
When this happens are you prepared to stay your ground, in a peaceful and meditative way?
Throughout the length of this video, I was using a series of visualizations of energy. In the first place, to be ready for anything at anytime, it is important to visualize your own energy. Put a white light around yourself, and feel your chakra energy flow.
In the second place, when confronted by another, whether quietly or loudly, breath deeply before you speak, inhaling the energy thrown at you through a filter. Let that energy get pulled in through your chakras and out your crown like a fountain of white water that adds layers of pure energy to your protective white dome.
The words "stay calm, peaceful and with consciousness" help to filter the energy when the muck gets through. Symptoms that the negativity has passed through you are: your pulse rises, a knot forms in your energy pathways, your blood pressure will rise, your speech will get louder.
You can use any meditative words to filter the energy, keep them positive and relevant, and try to bring any situation back to those words of peacefulness.
With practice, any confrontation can be a creative outlet for positivity.
