  • facial scrub/cleanser = Cetaphil + baking soda

    lipscrub = baking soda

  • @trini467 ahhhhh! these are very good ideas. thanx for sharing. I love using household items as beauty products. saves us all some money.

  • There are lots of ways to exfoliate your lips, but I've found that even literally scraping my lips doesn't seem to do the trick to get rid of dead skin. I have very sensitive lips that chap easily, so I'm usually wearing some kind of lip protectant, whether it's chapstick, Vaseline, or a balm.

    The lip mask really works well for me, but the lip balm I say is unnecessary, because any drug store lip balm will do.

    I like Mary Kay's Satin Lips Mask, but the balm was unnecessary. :)

  • I know my lips are always chapped and dry also. I try to always use vaseline or blistex. it does help. thanx for watching.

  • Thanks for the info girl! I just bought the doo growth repair conditioner. I jsut got it today and im gonna try out. suppost to promotes strong,healthy, groowing hair also stops hair breakage, repair split ends and remoisturizes. If you have use this product before please give me the 411 on it : ) Thanks!

  • hey msskyy08, I never tried that product. I wanted to try it. I see it's very popular. after you use it, i'll be waiting to hear how it works for you. thanx for watching!

  • For lips: Take a B-complex vitamin supplement every day. Women often need extra, and if we don't get it, our lips dry out, tingle, crack.. That will fix them right up! When mine get really bad, I take the B three times a day for three or four days, and then my lips are fine.

  • my mom worked for Mary Kay what do you mean you don`t like her

  • oh and i had dr.miracles and used it for like 3 weeks but it did nothing for my hair/scalp BUT tingled!!!

  • lol cetaphil is good! me and my sis use it for sensitive skin. its gentle and it cleanse and moisturize good. it is bla though because it doesnt really have a scent to me and it does not foam up. you can definitely find something better though!

  • I actually LOVE the satin lips, I'm a big exfoliate fan :) it really helps me get the dead skin with out damaging my lips. I know i'm not the only one who's painfully pulled a piece skin off of my lips haha but to each it's own. I've heard of using baby toothbrushes too.. great vid btw ~v~

  • Ebony, my dermatologist HIGHLY recommended cetaphil. I did not like it, stopped using it and when I went back he fussed at me. He told me to use it for a month and THEN if I did not like it to stop. It really does work wonders. It just cleans and moisturizes differently.

  • @indigothecat USE VASELINE!!!

  • I have used Cetaphil before...but I could have used a hair conditioner on my body-- it would have worked just as well. Thanks for your review...
