1. Use youtube's contact form to send a report the user:
http://help.youtube.com/support/youtube/bin/answer.py?answer=94677&topic=... Under the "Cyber Bullying" paragraph, you'll find a clickable link to a contact form. The more users flag, the more likely ronpanasonic's case will be examined.
2. Join this youtube discussion group and make a formal complaint about his website, specifically identifying your reasons for his account to be deleted, his IP banned and his videos barred from reappearing. http://help.youtube.com/group/youtube-issues/browse_thread/thread/5f551b38830...
3. Flag his videos for hate speech on the comments.

I am finding hundreds of people supporting my petition via youtube messages and comments. Let's solve this now.

Now that youtube has updated its features, I realize their are stronger ways of dealing with this issue than a video response. Anyone seriously interested in flagging this user, please visit youtube's cyber bullying links.

I'm working on it. It's a task on the side, but I see some of his videos were flagged for offensive content (mostly the comments which got especially obscene on his stupid pool fart video) so youtube has taken notice of the smaller offenses. I put links to flag him to for people who care in my video info, I encourage others to do use them. Be sure to include personal excerpts from this nutcase in the contact form to youtube if you choose to do it.

& Kudos to Ronpanasonic for threatening to block all people corresponding with him. That's all we ask because account suspension or closing: a youtube world free from your commentary. Whether people get blocked or he gets booted, it will be over. I hardly believe he will follow through with his threat however. His obscene commentary towards others is like oxygen. Can't help but notice he still feeds off my every blurb. Getting jaded with the word 'cunt' ron.

I am removed from this drama, but I am missing something. If you investigate almost anything political on You Tube, you will see enough sociopathic posts to give you pause. I recently felt nauseated enough to have an exchange with a intelligent yet disturbed racist who posted easily 600 times on one thread. You Tube exemplifies the holes in an "open" forum. Original video posters should police themselves. Otherwise, You Tube becomes garbage (just another abused system).

You didn't need to comment if you were removed from the 'drama' I was only flagging this user to youtube as he had made very threatening and harassing remarks toward so many people. Thanks to this petition users are aware, and through discussing and exchanging stories we feel safer and do not correspond with this user anymore. And as you can see, I keep this video up as a reminder about 'hate speech' on the net, but it is not the center of my attention.

All that youtube user can do is dwell on it in fresh posts every few days hoping to catch new people. All the user gets is more discouraging comments and attempts to kick him off youtube. It was worth the minimal effort to voice this complaint with a video.
