  • is it ok to be even more verticle than this? my hand reach more near my shoulder blades and i can create more of a perfect 90 degree angle with the floor. This is comfortable for me and does not seem to put harmfull pressure on my neck. I can't find videos of anyone quite so straight--everyone is still tipped a little towards their heals. i can send a video if it helps, there is very little yoga where i live so i have been using videos and books for guidance.
