Taking my New BIke Home through San Francisco

I just got a Marin ALP Lucas Valley road bike from the Marin Outlet in San Francisco, where I got superb service and a great deal on the "UK Version" of the bike. I hadn't ridden at all in several years, so I was a bit daunted by the task of taking it all the way home to Ocean Beach, but I outlasted my battery all the way home.

It was a scenic trip, as it was a sunny Sunday, and was also Pride weekend. I caught the Dykes on Bikes in the first part of the ride.

Music is "Good Morning Beautiful" by Urceus Exit.

great vid and soundtrack -- I love the dikes on bikes part ^^ oh and did you go through "the wiggle" to avoid the hills? i've been all over the city but I still got lost trying to figure out how you got from one place to the next along your route LOL :)

@starlord I did take the "wiggle"! I didn't know about it, but Google Maps' bike feature worked it out by default as the best combo of slope, bike-friendlyness, and distance. The guy at the bike shop got all excited when he looked at the directions and realized that Google Maps knew about "The Wiggle". After avoiding all the steep hills I was too :)
