  • I get sooo tired with shoulder & arms day, I take too many breaks and I finish the workout(without abs) in 1 hour 20 minutes(the worst part is that I dont do the warm up and still take me a lot)...what about you cowbucs?

  • @nirson123 I most definitely get tired. Just push through it. It is just you against yourself. Mind over matter.

  • @boon10 I bought the dumbbells at Walmart. Craigslist is another good place to look. Good luck.

  • How am I supposed to do these workouts when I'm still sore from day one. My triceps are so sore it makes it nearly impossible for me to do these workouts. How do you do it or do you just push through the pain?

  • @Alucardatr It's all about recovery. Make sure your getting adequate protein intake to help rebuild muscle and get some sleep.

  • your going to fuck up your back like that doing the tricep kickbacks...bend at your knees and keep your back stright for that workout.

  • On all exercises non for 8-12 reps if you can do more add weight otherwise you are just messing your muscles up

  • @cowbucs Isn't this the hardest of all workouts on the DVD?I mean, i sure feel like it is, Chest Back, and Biceps Back are my favorites, i'm actually looking forward to those, but this one i always kept hating, i'm doing P90X for 6 months now, not all of them, only those 3 the other days of the week i go running for an hour a day, so i'm doing 3 days of P90X and 3 days of running, and one day i do just nothing, and this one stays just HARD.

  • I think he does 25 or 15 for each. I do 15 on my light days and 25 on intense days. Did I mention im 16 and sadly my moms wont buy me the dvds so im forced to look up on youtube for em?

  • Hi, I just started the program and i was just wondering if 1. well im getting kinda tired of watching the dvds again and again, its not really necessary to watch them right? aslong as you follow the workout xD 2nd . what supplements did you use if any? and 3rd. do i have to follow the nutrition guide ( its just that the menu is horrible )?
