Fluoride is, indeed, a very problematic form of toxic waste. People tend to think that it's good for them because that is what they've been told all their lives. I was given fluoride tablets as a child because of cavities, which resulted in dental fluorosis that will never go away. Since learning that fluoride caused so many problems for me, I stopped using regular toothpaste and mouthwash. Today, I use baking soda and peroxide for toothpaste and peroxide for mouthwash. Mint leaves help taste.

@PrincessRikka wow thanks for the alternative tip of Baking Soda, Hydrogen Peroxide & Mint Leaves for toothpaste. I been looking at other alt such as Aloe, Thomas of Maine & Trader Joes but they also put chemical additives.. I will try your method... Thanks!

Very good question you ask... there is much we can do, it was said toward the end of the video.. it begins with awareness, simply too many are not aware.

I'll probably say again but Thank You for posting this video. I remeber the video's from school when i was little about how flouride was healty for you and it was put into the water and let not forgot toothpaste. How many company advertise that there toothpaste contain flouride and such.

Thanks PrincessRikka ill try your alternative for toothpaste. Also drinking a teaspoon baking soda and water once a month is supose to help bad breath or sour stomach.

@PrincessRikka My grandmother and mother have always used that recipe as well as myself, we all have good teeth. I learned today that it is a bactria on the teeth that eat sugar, sucrose AKA table sugar being their favorite, and that their waste product is acid that sits on the enamel and eats through it. If we brush our teeth as soon as we finish eating it is likely you won't ever get cavaties. One thing to remember is that the enamel we have does not regenerate, once it's gone that's it.

@PrincessRikka i'd also like to thank you i just wrote down your alternative tooth paste formula i greatly appreciate it! if anyone can tell me where to order clean water or a way to filter out fluoride in a relatively inexpensive way i would really appreciate it

@signsoftwentytwelve No problem! I tried many alternatives, and found that even the most "organic" varieties have additives that are toxic - like sodium laureth/lauryl sulfate. For over twenty years, I had dental problems that led to several amalgam fillings and a few root canals. My teeth always hurt, they were always sensitive, and my gums have always bled. Since I began using baking soda and peroxide instead of other types of toothpaste, my teeth haven't hurt and I don't have cavities.
