Coaching Tips
1. Hold neutral spine positioning with activated abdominal wall.
2. Rotate foot on the ball.

Regression/Make it Easier
1. Perform crossover only with feet on bench.
2. Perform crossover and abduction with feet on bench.

Possible Progression/Make it Harder
1. Hold end ranges of motion.
2. Add instability to the hands.

Benefits
1. Improves transverse plane stability.
2. Trains core, hip, and pelvic stability.
3. Full body integration.
