They shall know no fear is a little bit misleading, because the SM can still be marched off the board.

  • Hey doremicom, Can you make a video about preferred enemy rule?? I don't understand it... Do we have to choose our preferred enemy to re roll to hit roll?

  • sure thing. May be a bit before it gets posted, but I'll add it to the list.

  • THANK YOU!!! i love this series!!! ttytytytytytyty the most helpful part is knowing that you may CHOOSE to fall back! my templars CAN fall back if i so choose Correct?

  • actually no. Templars are fearless in close combat, they can not choose to fall back, that's why I had to have them go up against Ultramarines..... UMs and many other codex marines can choose to retreat. BTs do not have any concept of that. Sorry to add any confusion.

  • i did not know you can CHOOSE to fall back now i can force a tie up and then pull out and shoot the crap out of them when my guns are in position. What phase dose that occur though because if its not in the right phase then they could just re-assault me.

  • This is amazingly helpful, I know a few people at my local club who I will be "informing" of this rule and I'm sure they won't like it. I however will definatley use this to escort those pesky marines off the table. :) thanks.

  • loving this series, got a 'ron player who doesn't understand the WBB rule, this helped alot.

  • if you looked in the new imperial guard codex book, there is a order that you can issued it call " get back in the fight"

  • well done. most of the fuckng diots in this hobby get this wrong.

  • @Itgiger to the video maker: combat tactics is the rule you are talking about but havent said.. its the reason why space marines who have the rule can run away.. i am sure you know this but people who are asking about templar running probably do not.. to the person i posted this on, what i said before the him, no offense meant by that statement but ignorance is fixable stupidity isnt.. learn it live it love it, you can teach but you cannot fix stupid :) once again no offense meant

  • space marines dont usually run from combat anymore soo...

maybe explain how space marines "they shall know no fear" special rule affects them when they lose combat.

  • a lot of gamers forget this rule, I didn't even know about it till about a year ago.

also CHAOS marines DO NOT get this benefit, if they're under half they still fall back.

  • As a Guard player you rely on troops that die easily, and if a 10 man plain guardsmen squad looses 6 men by enemy fire and fail the LD test, the remaining squad will never stop running since they can't regroup?

  • Well...I think there is a small mistake in this. After a fall back....

    a) Roll 2D6

    b) If you roll 6 or under you cant regroup because you have enemy unit(s) in 6 inches or less

    c) If you roll 7 or greater and ther is no other enemy unit in 6 inches or less regroup automatically.DONT WAIT FROM THE ENEMY TO CONSOLIDATE AND THEN MEASURE THE DISTANCE.

    d) Enemy unit consolidates.
