for the longest time I knew capsicum had medical benefits. I always put franks red hot on my foods, and after I ate the foods, I always felt a relief in my nostrils, my congestion was gone, my nose became a little runny, but I could at least breath through my nose perfectly. Sinus infections are freaking nasty. Until my septum surgery especially, this stuff is s big help.

My only criticism is the bottle always leaks in my pocket. I like to carry it around with me but the nozzle gets compressed when I bend over or sit down or w/e.
