If this is the best version of the Procession, I am sad. The conductor has completely lost the exotic feel of this piece by reducing every phrase to legato mush. Instead of hearing "um-bumpbump-um'um-bumpbump," we get "oo-wahwah-oo'oo-wahwah." Not to mention the fact that the high brass are out of tune. This sounds like a recording of my old high school orchestra. That is NOT a compliment.
