The snoring is coming from my dog. I'm not asleep in the video, and I don't snore when I sleep anyway.

I started getting spasms in general about 8 years ago, and they were a lot worse when I first started getting them. After a few years, they settled down to the level they're at now and haven't really changed much since then. I'm hoping my neurologist will be able to diagnose and treat the underlying problem, but really, the spasms themselves are the least of my problems. They just make for much more dramatic videos than the really crippling things like generalised muscle weakness and cognitive dysfunction.

The abdominal spasms don't hurt at all. Abs are very forgiving muscles and don't get injured easily.
