"no one will ever understand how much it hurts" - i wish i could have made a better video for this quote because it means so much to me right now. We all take for granted of what we have, and we don't realise it until that thing goes. I have been jumping horses for exactly half of my life. Don't get me wrong i love being around horses, but jumping was my thing, and to have that taken away from me after 9 years is devistating! Of cause i will never give up my dukie, we have been through too much together to give up now.

Our prelim at the weekend went terrible; im not cut out to be a dressage rider! It was completely my fault as i forgot the test (somebody should really invent a satnav for dressage tests!) i wouldnt have a problem then :P other than that, if you didn't watch to where we were suppose to be going, it looked quite good. A consistant rythem and dukie is starting to go in an outline without any effort from me (Clever pony).

Over christmas me and dukie are going have a chilling time, just a couple of hacks and maybe some schooling. Btw can you give me any ideas of activites/ schooling that i could work on with duke? im running out of ideas now we don't have a goal to head towards!!
