1 thing I notice bout Steven seagal ,he don't usually dress like amrican style,he dress like Chinese, Japanese or whatever.He luv their foods n he knows bout japanese or Chinese medcine he even take his cops friends 2Chinese thing 4 medecine,I believe he luvs their culture or somethin, I like that. its the same way with black people when I ask them y put their pants down they said its a religious lol , I said I'm black never heard of that religious they said cause I'm white inside lol

@benniskalski Are you american? becvause what's normal to you it's not normal anywhere else in this planet. there's a few men close to 60 in the gym i go to do muay thai that are still ripped, that still has muscles and the body of a 30 years old. They do that by eating proper,ly. living somewhere with a proper food culture helps a lot. If once you stop working out hard you start eating fried crap you will end up like a whale.
