Immigrant Day of Action 2-7-11

On February 7th, 2011, hundreds of protestors marched on New Mexico's Capitol to protest anti-immigrant policies that criminalize families and communities. The event, organized by Somos un Pueblo Unido, included a rally outside the Roundhouse where legislators explained that New Mexico is not a racist state, and expressed their desire to reverse the tide of anti-immigrant sentiment in New Mexico.
