Must say, after watching several videos, the guy does have great form. Definitely someone to look up to if you're looking to lift heavy with great form.

ive seen the dw videos but theres nothing wrong with this one. hes just doing dl's and farmers walks. doing dls liek this would def be good for him since he cant hitch it like an idiot

hey gripmaster if you actually lifted weights maybe youd know what your talking about. when your doing a deadlift motion there are basic things you do, lift with your legs first not your back!! I dont even want to start with the rows man if your bouncing up and down hinging on your bent back your going to hurt yourself, im not trying to bash his effort man just doing what id hope someone would tell mee in his situation.
The farmers walk's were fine but the others...
This is dangerous ground they're treading on in terms of form.
