    Could you reattach the ihs with a low temp solder (95C-110C)

  • @Intanius I guess you could try. I succeeded by just using TIM and squishing it back on between the cooler and chip

  • yes because the ihs is glued onto the pcb

    Its not aluminium because it is too heavy

    No, at that temperature it does not affect the video card
