In fact not even in english (Jesus)sounded like that but after the15AC Yesu(a) /Iesu(s)=Jesu s/If ppl started reading J as a g instead of an y or i (ie) and then the SUS as gee-ZAS instead of just AS IT IS JESUS(IESU-S)it does not mean that originally Jesus came from Zeus(=zefs) Christians hated Pagans-demolished pagan temples.WOULD THEY ADOPT THE VERY NAME?.
