Hey Al, awesome videos. I've introduced your channel to a bunch of my friends. One question about pistol squats. I started doing them before I saw this tutorial and instead of doing the progression, I keep my hand on a wall for stability. I think of it kind of like an assisted pull up. I don't have a whole lot of space to do my workouts as they're generally done on my lunch break at work, during the week. Any suggestions and pros and cons to my approach?

Hey Al, awesome tutorial, I'll definitely use them from now on in my workouts. I have a form question, do you make sure that your knee doesn't go any further than your toes as in regular squats or does it not matter?

Thanks! As long as your heel stays flat on the ground, your knee can slide forward safely, even if it winds up slightly in front of the toes.

When you think about it it must be equivalent to about a 1.5X bodyweight two legged squat.......but with harder balance. Phenomenal exercise.
