Walmart Patron Slaps Strangers Child to Shut Her Up

A Georgia Walmart patron, Roger Stephens, allegedly threatened to slap a stranger's two-year-old daughter if the child's mother could not quiet the child, who had been crying. When the mother was unable to shush her child, Stephens allegedly slapped the child four times, after which he said, "See! I told you I would get her to shut up." Stephens was arrested for felony first degree cruelty to children.

OH ya, I've always found giving an infant a reason to cry by slapping them in the face is a good way to shut them up when they're crying for no reason.

felony curelty on a child... really... maybe if mom disiplaned the child at home it would act right in public... children/people are like animals... you hit an animal when it acts wrong why cant you hit a person... only way they will learn.
