someone tell me know the products that were placed in this mass to make this concrete countertop, I just wanted to know whether to sand, cement and stone, and just that, thanks.
these guys care about one thing...speed. theres zero quality work. its a good looks at the behind the scenes "work". the fat guy seems like he's pushy and rushing. this piece will end up in someones home and not last and the client will call and complain and these guys will swear by their work while the client is out a couple grand. be american and show some quality guys
@digisniffsglue I think they are basing their comments more so on how much water was added rather than taking into account the admixture. But you are correct in that using water reducers, etc. will also achieve a soupy mix without compromising strength. It just appears that the hose was used quite a bit in this instance. All videos are helpful though.
It's funny how everyone comments on the "soupy" slump of the concrete they're pouring without actually knowing their admixture. You can get that very fluid consistency by using water reducers or superplasticizers without compromising strength.
