Sir Sugar is talking absolute non-sense. Now is a great time to invest in property. He is making the common mistake that all novice investors make, referring to the property market in terms of the residential sector only. Admittedly, the residential sector is a bad sector to invest in, but there are other property sectors producing double & triple digit returns. Ask Sam Zell, Donald Bren & Guy Hans or me..
