Through Space Mountain with Lights on and Space Mountain not running

It used to be dark when you entered Space Mountain on the PeopleMover. On Monday, May 15th, they had these weird work lights on inside. Lit up the entire thing. And, on this day, Space Mountain was down and all of the lights inside the ride itself were on as well. The music wasn't playing and only one, unmanned train went by.
