You are a beautiful person. YOu don't need Body By Vi. Please don't promote their products. You can get the same benefit from eating 2 portion meals of low soduim campbells's soup & one regular portion sized meal with all food groups. vitimins are useless as your body will only absorb what it needs. @julieannec1969 hey julie... i dint know about the ambells soup thing... great tip... i received body by vi for a review.. didnt pay.. an i cant lie.. it did boost my weightloss.. i lost 110 pounds in 1 1/2 years.now i only used it for 1 month.. but i did like it.. it gave me more energy to move my body an at the size i was an am that was a well needed thing for me....also i do think it jumped my metob. but i love ur tips too... always good to have tips so its appreciated...ty an happy new year

Next time do this recipe its so yummy! put 4 ice cubes cup and half of rice milk vanilla flavour 2 scoops of the body by vi shakes and 1 cup frozen fruit and blend! SO GOOD! and the best one so far is the peach and mango!
