Great video. I just read shifty's book and I fell in love with the book. Its very detailled and very nicely written. Shifty was a great men and a true humble gentleman. The world to me is a little less brighter without him on it. I hope Shifty is with his friends now. With Skip Muck, Alex Penkala, Don Hoobler, Joe Toye and many other heroes. Shifty was a heroe to me, just like all of the other easy co men. I will never forget any of you. Rest in peace.

who of the band of brothers are still with us? we are loosing these great men so quickly now, its like sand through the fingertips..it breaks my heart. the world is a less noble place for their absence.

The man did everything, cherish Easy Company...Not only Dick winters, but the whole crew of easy company...dead or stay alived. Without, this country would not be the same. HATS OFF to them, they and with allies defeated Hitler.......and the Nazi's...............But I feel, w.o Major Richard Winters, they would've not gotten thru it. He was a hero, beyound all aspects of the word. GOD BLESS HIM AND HIS FAMILY
