In this demo I'll be under painting the backround in a snowy winter landcsape. I've actually captured all of the progress in this painting and i think i can get it all in 3 videos. So here's part 1.

Dont you worry that the dye in the Sharpie marker will bleed through the paints over time?

I understand how much of an effort you put in creating a painting along with the video. But it will be great if others could also reap benefit from them. I upload a 5-10 minutes video on youtube and half an hour video on google videos. Half an hour videos are normally 100 MB. Anyways it is always a treat for the eyes to see you in action. Eagerly waiting for the next part :)

soon! the footage is all shot but i have to edit it down.... i have been getting some feedback that i should slow the speed down and im trying to figure out how to do that and still fit it in the required space. thanks for asking though:)

hey Jimmy liked the work but couldn't follow the brush strokes (was too fast). Why don't you upload the full length video on google videos it will be helpful for people who are interested in learning oil painting.

the full lenghth at normal speed is about 4 hrs and 20Gig.... im not sure how to deal with that unless id break into segments a couple minutes long then skip ahead a little..thats sort of what you do isnt it?
