  • Haha it probably wasn't a bear. It was probably a gay couple trying to get married. You know what commotion they cause. :) (For anyone who reads this, I'm very pro-gay-rights. It's an ongoing "thing" between Ms. Poundstone and I... and everyone else who follows her on Twitter....)

  • Looks like a great backpacking trip!!

Love the remark about the tree.. LOL

  • Oh man, you're stuck out in the wilderness with this one and every last banal little object is in danger of being analyzed to a pulp in monologue form. I'd run into the arms of that bear like it was my goddamn mother if I had to put up with that.

  • lol, very funny!

  • hahaha cute... ur so silly

  • "I clapped my hands 'cause you know how animals hate percussion!" LMAO!

  • would love to hear some of your *daughter's* commentary about the trip!

  • Haha love it

  • Hahaha!

I was at first so amused you brought a vid camera with you on a backpacking trip; seems like when I get out to nature I'm trying to avoid technology, phones, fax machines, etc.

But great idea; the stories were funny! The tree was good bit. As was the gaining poundage.

Sounds like you and the kiddo had a great time!
