Let's Play the remake of Quest For Glory II: Trial By Fire, Part 32: Fighting the Pizza Elemental

Since I have nothing nice to say about this video and I do my fair share of complaining in the video itself, I will use the video description to tell you a true story (warning, this is one of those didactic stories with a moral, so don't read further if you think that art should be interpretive and that artists shouldn't beat audiences over the head with their messages):

One day, while I was riding the bus home from college about 10 years ago, a significant thunderstorm cell swept over the area and proceeded to dump quite a heavy downpour. As I got closer to my stop, I thought to myself "Crap, I'm going to get completely drenched. This really sucks. Why has this happened to me?"

As I sat and thought about it for a while, I was pierced by a certain memory: "You know what? When I was growing up, I would have KILLED to be in this situation, to be one of those people whose biggest concern in life was getting wet in the rain. When I was a child, I envied those people; I always believed that someday, if I could have that kind of a life, where I had nothing worse to worry about, I could be satisfied with the life I had."

I walked home and didn't even notice that I'd gotten wet. It just didn't matter anymore.

I am sure that someday I will feel the same about fighting the Pizza Elemental.

Someday, LateBlt, when you are but an old man, you can gather your grandchildren around your rocking chair and regale the experiences about fighting Pizza Elementals. You can assure them it's something that you've done to assist the younger generations.

(2 of 2) ...until you end up with only one or two offsets or so. Now you've found the exact location that the player's current health is stored. Next step? Freeze those offsets (by saving the offsets and then hitting the Freeze function). This makes you invincible and you will be able to pummel the elemental so that you can show off the rest of the game while carrying around a pizza elemental in your inventory. I hear it gives some amusing conversations.

press escape key during battle to retreat. this always work but the monster will be chasing you for a few screen.

@LateBlt can you tell me were to get a working copy of quest for glory 1 VGA. I have one but ti glitched out at yordiks maze and i cant get past it please respond

QfG5 lets you heal in battle, but it is so abusive. You can easily get a huge stack of potions and be practically invincible (except maybe during the final battle).

Even though you can fight this early, I'm not sure if you *should* - it might be best to max stats first before doing the hardest fight in the game.

Escape from the pizza battle? If so, you could start running and pop a few pills before stopping to fight again.

There's only emphasis on combat if you're a fighter, as it should be.
