http://www.newscreenprintjig.com/ A foam jig that fits inside your screen to line up your screeen print images. Patent pending.
Strong durable design, all sides are coated with very strong Zerovoc epoxy resin. Very easy to use, only one component.
Keep the main design taped to this jig till you are done printing and you can make a new screen of any of your colors very easily.
You only need to handle the screen once, so there is less room for human error.
Less exposure to light.Very inexpensive.Lightweight.

  • The grid lines are 1" X 1" squares.They are as big as needed to fit your size screen.
