I agree, there are promises that God gives us in his word. The Lord laid before us life and death. WE choose if we are going to live or die.

@Robbi165 What about Romans 1:23-32? Is that "mistranslated" also? Just a side note, if homosexuality was condoned in God's Word I think 1 Cor. 7:2 word have been worded differently, furthermore, with regard to cross dressing (more to the point of a man looking like a woman) you might want to look at 1Cor.11:14. I believe that the spirit of God's Word makes it plain that man is to be with woman and vice versa. Just a thought.
