This is insane. Do you honestly think that the major problem in our society is people driving 60 km/h on a major boulevard? Do you have any idea how much time the cops would waste pulling over everyone at 51 km/h?
And on the highway: 101 km/h means a ticket at demerit points?! We are one of few countries whose speed limits are not 120km/h outside of towns. If you want to reduce accidents RAISE the speed limit on the highway to 120 km/h to eliminate the speed discrepancy between motorists.
