Victor Schwartz, partner, Shook, Hardy & Bacon, speaks on public nuisance and toxic torts at the 2nd Annual Civil Justice Symposium, hosted by the Northwestern Judicial Education Program at the Searle Center, featured a panel on "Update on Toxic Torts and Mass Torts." The panel was moderated by Henry N.
