With hearing and touch improved like a savant, I reckon a blind person could get very clear readings of detailed resolution on the tongue. Frightingly quick, I dare guess :)
I wonder if colours has their own taste...

@mhaze210 I know man... one time I was food shopping and I saw a blind person and I couldn't stop crying for 2 hours. I would give my life to cure all blind people. God bless them.

@findingadly You "re-wire" your brain every time you learn something new. It's just a common expression, nothing spooky or bad.
-
@StuarttStewie Maybe late because it had a bad side effect, who knows. After all, this is a brain "re-wiring".

Graduates of our one-of-a-kind program are computer-literate, equipped with a thorough knowledge of industry standards, and ready for successful, long-term careers. Potential employers are hotels, convention centers, travel agents, call centers, etc. I am pleased to report that to date, almost 400 students have achieved a remarkable average job placement rate of approximately 82 %- nearly triple the national employment figures for this population!

We operate three 10 week classes in Buffalo and all of our training is FREE to the individual. We also offer one training session per year off site as well. So far we’ve been to Orlando Florida, Albany New York and Las Vegas, Nevada. All of our students participate in a hands-on externship and often many students are hired from the same externship company!

The Center is proud to announce that we have just graduated our 38th class and to date, students have been hired by companies such as Sheraton, Holiday Inn, Marriott, Hyatt, MGM Grand, Hampton Hotels, Disney World and Travis Air Force Base as well as other business. We have also graduated students from over 32 states and we have an international presence, welcoming students from Jamaica, Canada and Armenia!
It's 2010. Why don't I see blind people with this?

God bless the blind...i know we all have it very hard at times, but not like them. Gotta give them all the respect they deserve.
They are some of the toughest people out there.
