Jethro Binns demonstrating the VERY difficult fig 16 routine. Rumour has it that he might try it on a swiss ball!

  • why is it called figure 16's?

  • @christopher0155 If you do the front two corners its the figure of 8, so when you do the back corners as well you double it. That was my logic anyway.....

  • camera is simply placed next to the door. In theory its safe there as you are always hitting into corners...

  • Your squash skillz are amazing, but you defintively have to get a better training suit. :)

  • @shotjess Yeah, sorry mate, but I have to disagree with you regarding how difficult it is. It is very difficult.

  • incredible shot routine .. thanks .. it can definitely make you fly in court

  • Cant see the ball. exposure to high

  • That looks like a court with concrete walls, not glass. Where did you place the camera? Was the ball created in CG?

  • @cjhayden79 It's not that hard.. Sebastiaan Weenink already posted this three years ago.. search for Squash : 4 corner volley butterfly (double figure eights)
