  • Lol, these guys delete comments if they're not happy with them. Way to go.

  • Actually the comments that we sometimes delete are mainly comments that use foul language, spam stuff, links to porn or links to other non-related type stuff. Hope that helps to clear things up. TAke care and rock on!

  • "yeah im a purist"

you see him promoting soo many guitar gadgets

  • Hi - we dont go out and promote products - we just demo gear and let everyone have the chance to hear what stuff sounds like - my live rig is just mainly guitar, amp, splash of chorus at times, built in reverb, and some once in a while effects when needed - thats all - take care and rock on!

    hi ]

my band are going into the studio soon to begin a triple album length demo

will you do a video for peoples first time ?

we dont really know what to do there exept play :L

  • @bilbomarks Very true

  • @TheJohnPetras If I'm recording a heavy guitar rhythm track, I tend to add a splash of chorus to each rythm track (Left, right and centre) to give that sort of Metallica Black Album-esque beef, and the chorus is not noticeable in the mix. Leads I'll use delay and verb and some for the snare, but how much I use depends on what the track calls for and what sound I want/need. But that's me

  • Hey , DT stop shaking you;r leg !

  • These guys speak as if there is a rule book on music creation. Effects are very subjective and music is art. Anything goes.

  • I have to disagree to an extent about this. While you guys are absoloutely correct about peoples sound being completely "washed out" by effects. I really don't like hearing completely "dry" tones as you described either. It's just really boring to me.

    Just my opinion :)

  • I think its good to remove comments like that. Rock on.
